These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH (“Industry Rockstar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to individuals who have expressly consented to receive such messages.
These SMS Terms supplement our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. SMS Program
Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH may use SMS and other text messaging services to communicate with customers, prospective customers, users, and other individuals who have expressly opted in to receive messages from us.
Depending on the specific program for which you have provided consent, messages may include:
- Account and service notifications;
- Appointment confirmations and reminders;
- Customer service and support communications;
- Follow-up communications regarding inquiries or requests;
- Information concerning Industry Rockstar products or services;
- Promotional or marketing communications where you have specifically consented to receive such communications; and
- Other communications specifically described at the point where you provide your consent.
We will only send messages that are consistent with the consent you provided.
2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to an Industry Rockstar SMS program, you authorize Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH to send text messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes disclosed when you opted in.
Where applicable, messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated messaging technology, or similar technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH.
SMS consent must be provided separately from acceptance of our general Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.
A mobile number will not be enrolled in a marketing SMS program solely because the number was provided to us for another purpose.
Consent applies only to the Industry Rockstar messaging program for which you expressly opted in and is not transferable to another person or another messaging program.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the Industry Rockstar program, your interactions with us, and the services or communications you have requested.
Some programs may involve recurring messages.
Where a specific messaging frequency applies, that frequency will be disclosed at the point of opt-in.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages or for data usage in accordance with your mobile service plan.
Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages from an Industry Rockstar messaging program at any time.
Reply STOP to any SMS message from us to unsubscribe.
We may also recognize other customary opt-out commands, including:
- STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL.
After receiving a valid opt-out request, we may send you a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you subsequently provide consent again.
If you participate in more than one Industry Rockstar messaging program, opting out of one program may not automatically opt you out of another program for which you separately provided consent.

Reply HELP to any Industry Rockstar SMS message for assistance.

7. Opt-In Confirmation
When you enroll in a recurring Industry Rockstar SMS program, we may send a confirmation message substantially similar to:
“Industry Rockstar: You are subscribed to receive recurring SMS messages from Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.”
The exact confirmation message may vary depending on the specific program.
8. Opt-Out Confirmation
When you successfully unsubscribe, we may send a confirmation message substantially similar to:
“Industry Rockstar: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from this SMS program.”
9. HELP Response
When you request assistance by replying HELP, we may send a response substantially similar to:
“Industry Rockstar: For help, contact support@industryrockstars.ch or +41 76 769 69 25 or visit industryrockstarswitzerland.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
10. Privacy and Mobile Information
We respect the privacy of individuals participating in our messaging programs.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://industryrockstarswitzerland.com/privacy-policy.html
Mobile telephone information and SMS consent information are used to administer the messaging program and provide the communications you requested.
We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers and subcontractors that process data on our behalf and assist us in providing messaging, telecommunications, hosting, customer support, security, CRM, or other operational services. Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Eligibility and Authority
By enrolling in an Industry Rockstar SMS program, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the mobile telephone number you provided;
- You are authorized to consent to receiving messages at that number;
- The information you provide is accurate; and
- You will notify us or unsubscribe if you cease to control that mobile number.
You should not enroll another person's telephone number without their authorization.
12. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS services depend upon telecommunications networks and mobile carriers outside our control.
Delivery of messages is therefore not guaranteed.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH is likewise not responsible for delays or failures caused by mobile carriers, telecommunications providers, network outages, device limitations, incorrect telephone numbers, filtering systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Changes to the SMS Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue an SMS program at any time, subject to applicable law.
We may also modify these SMS Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above and, where legally required, by providing additional notice or obtaining renewed consent.
Changes to these SMS Terms do not expand the scope of an individual's SMS consent beyond the consent originally provided.
14. Compliance
Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH intends to operate its messaging programs in accordance with applicable telecommunications and privacy requirements and relevant messaging-industry standards, including applicable U.S. Application-to-Person (“A2P”) messaging and 10-Digit Long Code (“10DLC”) requirements when messages are sent using U.S. 10-digit telephone numbers.
Nothing in these SMS Terms constitutes consent to receive messages beyond the scope expressly selected by the individual.
15. Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer protection, privacy, telecommunications, or other applicable laws provide otherwise, these SMS Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH and its contractual relationship with the relevant user.
Mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
