6. SMS Consent
How Users Opt In (Message Flow)
End users opt in to receive SMS messages from Katalyst when scheduling a discovery call through our online booking form at https://l.katalyst-crm.com/widget/bookings/discoverycallwithkatalyst-team8l1spo.
During the booking process, users provide their mobile phone number and actively select an unchecked SMS consent checkbox agreeing to receive text messages from Katalyst regarding their appointment, account, and related services. The disclosure states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Users are provided links to Katalyst’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at the point of opt-in. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Providing your telephone number does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages.
Where consent is required, we obtain it through an affirmative opt-in mechanism.
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Industry Rockstar Switzerland GmbH.
The scope of your consent is limited to the messaging program and purposes described when you opt in.
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to an Industry Rockstar SMS message.
For assistance, reply HELP.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Additional information regarding our SMS program is available in our SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions.
