Refund / Cancellation / Guarantee

You will receive an email notification prior to being charged at the end of your free trial period. The standard trial period is 30 days, or 90 days if a valid promotional coupon code has been applied. Unless you cancel before the end of the applicable trial period, your selected payment method will be charged in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

Customised Services

Where services, deliverables, or work are individually customised, tailored, or produced specifically for the client, those services are provided on a made-to-order basis.

Once performance of customised services has commenced, the client has no right to cancellation, withdrawal, or refund, to the fullest extent permitted under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Obligationenrecht, OR).

All fees invoiced and/or paid for customised services are deemed earned upon commencement of performance and remain payable in full, regardless of project status, scope changes, or early termination by the client.

All payments — whether made in full or on a monthly basis — are non-refundable once processed, except as stated above for unused free-trial periods that are cancelled before the trial ends.

Platform Credit

Any prepaid platform credit, including the $10 platform credit, is applied as a wallet balance to cover communication usage and premium actions within Katalyst, including email, SMS, voice calls, AI features, automation actions, and other system usage.

Once added to an account, platform credit is non-refundable regardless of usage status, including account cancellation or termination, unused remaining credit, suspension, closure, downgrade, or any other change in service status.

Metered Usage Charges

Metered, pay-as-you-go utilities consume third-party resources at the moment they are triggered. Usage-based charges, wallet reloads, and metered fees are final and non-refundable once consumed.

Refunds are not granted for usage charges resulting from:

• Uploading invalid, old, or poor-quality contact lists;
• Bounced emails, failed message deliveries, or recipient server rejections;
• Accidental triggers or incorrect workflow configurations set up by account users; or
• Account cancellations requested after metered actions have already executed.
